|Recommended: YesUP and downs — I love living here, it is close to work for me and it is a family friendly community. The only thing that I am unhappy with is my washing machine flooding not working upon move in, the replacement machine flooded my apartment after 2nd use after the issue was resolved the washer has now begun to leak from the bottom and I have only lived here for 2 months. I believe I have had maintenance out to make 6 times already. The apartment should have been inspected by the property before leasing to me. On the flip side maintenance is quick to come out usually within a day of submitting the request.

The move in process was so easy I was even questioning thats it the entire time. I really like my 3rd floor apt because you really get such a terrific view.

|Recommended: YesI love my apartment home with its wide windows and view and the well-cared-for landscaping and surroundings. As an older person living alone, I feel secure. I delight in neighbors and staff passing by and their friendly disposition. Everything I need to purchase is nearby and there are two corridors to travel to other parts of Laredo. I renewed my lease with no hesitation I thank the front office and grounds staff for their gracious and prompt response to my questions.
